Bio
Killian is an Irish born, NYC based cityscape, landscape, street, aerial & astro photographer. Through these different disciplines of photography, Killian strives to bring the beauty and wonder of the world around him to his collectors.
Awards, Publications & Exhibitions
Exhibitions & Publications:
- In fall of 2017, along with other NYC landscape photographers, Killian was selected to be part of the Rizzoli published "New York City On Instagram."
- Killian was selected as one on Nikon’s 100 photographers.
- He was hired by NikonUSA to test the D810a for astrophotography. His images were then used in Nikon’s education section on their website
- Killian was in Conception Art Show's 2016 Photography Exhibit, where he won the Best In Show award.
- Killian was a finalist in the 2018 Empire State Building photo contest.

"Snow Days In NYC" is a collection of 42 images, all 1/1s that document 6 years of work capturing NYC during some of the harshest weather conditions.
When most people think of Snow Days, they think of staying warm inside, watching movies and drinking hot chocolate. To a photographer a Snow Day means getting up before the storm hits, layering up in an ungodly amount of clothes, making sure your batteries are charged, your memory cards are empty and hitting the streets.
Being out in a storm on near empty city streets, brings a sense of childlike joy to us photographers. It feels like the city is our own. We search out the other brave souls that are commuting through the face numbing cold and snow. These people become our focal points. Their unconventional commutes become a snapshot in time.
