Bio
My name is Nadine Bauer. I’m a biologist from Germany. I always knew that biology was my passion. In March 2021 I graduated with a Master’s degree in Biology. During these studies, the ocean and its marine life awoke as my biggest interests. During my travels the last few years I realized one thing: the ocean is where I belong. That’s why I did an internship as a “Scientific Dive Master” and raise awareness of how important marine life is for our planet and how important it is to protect them. Besides my passion for biology, creativity and art play a big role in my life, especially photography. I’m a creative mind both in front of and behind the camera. So here I am: a biologist with a passion for the ocean and photography.

Between Landscapes - from mountain peaks to ocean breeze
This series represents my love for the mountains and the ocean and was shot in Germany, Gran Canaria, Austria and South Tyrol. Over the past few years, I have been traveling mostly in Europe, exploring the countries around my home country Germany.
These 9 1/1 pieces represent the beauty of the places I visited and are meant to encourage everyone to go out and jump "between landscapes", from the mountain tops to the ocean breeze - exactly where you feel most alive. It is dedicated to all the beautiful landscapes that exist on this planet.
Underwater | View on Foundation
I lost my whole heart to diving and being able to dive there and enjoy the experience to the fullest, completely changed my life. I realized how passionate I am about the ocean, diving, and the underwater world, even though I am the only one in my family who dives.
